ActivePath reinvents statements and bills for consumer-facing enterprises, turning what’s previously been a dry necessity into a genuine opportunity for improved customer engagement.
Spun off in 2013 by a team of CCM industry veterans, our mission is to remove the friction between companies and their customers when it comes to communication touch-points. With our fully interactive statements and bills, companies benefit by providing their customers with a seamless, differentiated brand experience, and customers benefit by saving time when accessing their account information or dealing with online payment. The best part? We enable Web-level functionality from right within customers’ inboxes, removing the need for them to log into their account online.
